Jonathan Koshar (excise the President)

Jonathan Koshar, serving ably as the Club’s treasurer for the past two years, was recognized for that service on the eve of his departure for a new assignment in Washington
, D. C. Jon will become General Manager for ATT Wireless in the Washington/Baltimore area.
In addition to serving as treasurer, Jon was also an active member of the BBRC board and, in consort with Rick Klobucher, brought about changes to the bylaws. When Jon
discovered no policy manual for policies and procedures for Treasury Management, he set about developing such a manual. As no such manual
apparently exists at the District or International level, his work may become a matrix for the rest of the Rotary world. Jonathan, a CPA, has
shown the impact that one person can have in any endeavor, and the Club wishes him well, Godspeed, and a rapid return. President DeWater
presented him with a plaque to show those folks in the other Washington.
