Rotary Foundation Wrap-up
The final month of the current Rotary year is upon us. For those members whove not yet contributed to Annual Giving this year, theres an added bonus as an anonymous donor has offered to match any donation up to $100 from Rotarians who have not made Annual Fund contributions this year. The match will be made with up to 100 recognition points. This extra incentive will give each new donor 100 extra dollars of credit toward their next Paul Harris level. The campaign at this point is to rally all members of the BBRC to contribute any amount so the club can claim 100% participation for the first time in its history. Checks should be made out to: The Rotary Foundation. You can send your checks to Chuck Barnes, 1350 85th Avenue NE, Clyde Hill, WA 98004, or send them to the BBRC mailing address, P O Box 3003, Bellevue WA 98009-3003. In order for all donations to be counted, Barnes requests that these checks be in his hands no later than June 15. In closing, both Barnes and District Annual Fund chair Jim Owens want to thank all members of the BBRC for their good giving habits and for making this campaign a record-breaker in all respects. Thanks from these two hard-working Rotarians to all of the members of the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club. |
