 Final Day For Thanksgiving Baskets

Thanksgiving Food
Food collected so far for Thanksgiving Baskets.

Just a friendly reminder of our Thanksgiving Baskets project to provide a Thanksgiving meal for those less fortunate.

As in the past, we have divided up the suggested food list by Rotarians’ last names. We will be collecting the food – or you can give us cash and we'll do the shopping – this Friday, November 10th. This is the last day we can collect food because this is the last regular meeting prior to Thanksgiving.

Here is what is needed, broken down alphabetically by the first letter of your last name:

A - D

10 lbs. of potatoes, 2 lbs. of carrots

E - H

Pie crust mix and filling for at least two pies

I - M

5 lb. box of Bisquick, 1 lb. of butter, large jar of jam

N - R

10 cans of veggies or fruit

S - Z

5 lbs. of apples, 5 lbs. of oranges

This is an easy project but it means so much. Please bring the food this Friday.  Will Einstein and Craig Groshart will collect it.
