Advance to the Retreat

Peter Powell talks retreat.

Peter Powell gave another impassioned plea for participation in the BBRC Annual Planning Retreat, raking place this year in a new venue at Resort Semi-ah-moo, April 4 and 5. The event includes a round of golf for those so inclined and a shopping excursion to LaConner on the way up the I-5 Pipeline.

The schedule looks like this: 

    Friday, April 4

      12:10 - Optional Golf or "Power Shopping in LaConner"

       6:00 - Cocktails & awards for Shoppers and Golfers

      7:00 - Dinner

      8:30 - Fun & games until whenever – The Great Camaraderie

    Saturday, April 5 

      7:00 - Breakfast

      8:00 - Meeting

      8:30 - Breakout sessions

      11:00 - Summary of breakout session ideas and plans

      12:00 - Adjourn and box lunches to go 

There will be car pool opportunities at three different times:

    9:00 am or 10:00 am for golfers and shoppers

    3:00/4:00 pm for overnighters

    5:00 am for Saturday morning arrivals

Hotel room rate is $119. Dinner, breakfast, and box lunch are additional, BUT BBRC underwrites all but about $100 of the weekend.
