New Member Proposed
Sayoko S. Powell has been proposed as the newest member of the BBRC. Sponsored by Rourke O’Brien and co-sponsored by Jenny Andrews, Sayoko is self-employed as a translator/interpreter in Japanese and English. Her business is call Spindrift and is located in Bellevue.
Sayoko is married to Scott Powell, and they live in Bellevue. She has developed an ESL program at Newport Covenant Church, enjoys reading dictionaries and “pursuing epicurean experience-cooking and eating!” She also enjoys skiing and sailing.
The BBRC Board approved Sayoko’s application at last week’s board meeting. With the posting of this application, members have until Thursday, November 29 at 5:00 p.m. to email any questions or make comments to Bob McNulty, or phone him at (425) 885-3517.
