The 1st, 2nd, and 4th Friday of each month, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

7:00 a.m.

Greetings

As soon as you walk in, a member will greet you at the door. They’ll get you a name badge, introduce you around to a few fellow Rotarians, and walk you over to a table for breakfast. There’s no need to find your own seat or make small talk in a corner — we’ve got you.

7:10 a.m.

Breakfast & Fellowship

Help yourself to our buffet whenever you’re ready. This is the casual, conversational stretch of the morning — it’s when most members say the friendships are made. Eat well, ask questions, and get to know the people sitting around you.

7:30 a.m.

The Meeting Begins

Our president calls the meeting to order right at 7:30. The first portion covers club business — announcements, recognitions, updates on service projects, and a few light traditions you’ll pick up quickly. If you’re comfortable, you’ll have a brief moment to share your name and what brought you in.

8:00 a.m.

Our Guest Speaker

Each meeting features a speaker on a topic that matters to our community — local leaders, nonprofit founders, business and civic experts, and the occasional surprise. There’s always time for questions afterward, and we encourage guests to ask them.

8:30 a.m.

Adjourn

We end promptly so you can get on with your Friday. Members will linger for a few minutes to say goodbye, and we’ll make sure to thank you for joining us before you head out.
