All In for Autism: Racing for Awareness and Inclusion

For 19 years, the All In for Autism 5K Run/Walk has served as a powerful community movement, raising over $1 million for children and families living with ASD. Each April, this event transforms Bellevue Downtown Park into a “Race Village” that unites thousands in a shared mission of inclusion. By funding essential services through local partners like Kindering, Athletes for Kids, and Roots2Wings, the initiative provides vital support for families.

Fresh Food for All: Over Two Decades of Fighting Hunger in Washington State

For over 25 years, our partnership with Harvest Against Hunger has been a cornerstone in providing fresh produce for families in need. This commitment has evolved from hands-on packing to significant financial support, ensuring food banks offer nutrient-dense, farm-fresh options alongside non-perishables. By bridging the gap between surplus crops and neighbors in need, this initiative strengthens the statewide food supply chain and advocates for the nutritional health of low-income households.

Beyond the Classroom: Investing in Student Leaders

For over 20 years, our partnership with Sammamish High School has invested in the next generation of leaders by celebrating student excellence and character. Each month, a selected student receives professional speech coaching before sharing their aspirations with community leaders. This tradition honors their academic achievement through formal recognition and provides essential financial support for higher education, equipping students with the confidence and resources to succeed in their future careers.

We believe that diverse perspectives drive more meaningful change. By fostering an inclusive environment, we ensure that leaders from all backgrounds can collaborate to create a more equitable Bellevue and a more peaceful, understanding world for everyone.

Our actions reflect this commitment to equity and diversity. From All in for Autism, which supports Puget Sound families on the Autistic spectrum, college scholarship grants to deserving local high school students, computers for schools in Antigua, water projects in Colombia and malaria eradication efforts in Sub-Saharan Africa, we are guided and inspired by the diversity of the communities we serve.
