Background

Brian Biege is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, based in the firm’s Bellevue office, where he advises corporate occupiers on real estate strategy and transactions and co-leads the region’s Technology & Media Practice. He has advised on transactions exceeding three million square feet and $1 billion in aggregate value, representing clients including Expedia, DocuSign, Puget Sound Energy, Nintendo, Alibaba, and the City of Bellevue. Mr. Biege holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University and serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the university’s School of Business, Government and Economics.
