Background

Patricia Chapman has been a Rotarian since 2005 and serves as Governor of District 5030 for the 2026-27 Rotary year. District 5030 encompasses more than 60 clubs across King County, including the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club.

Governor Chapman will present her vision for the district’s year and discuss how BBRC can magnify its impact in the local community and around the world. Her visit comes as clubs across Rotary take up the 2026-27 presidential message from RI President Olayinka H. Babalola, Create Lasting Impact, a call for members to pursue service work with durable, long-term results rather than short-term change.
