Friday Potpourri

The meeting was called to order by President Steve Lingenbrink. Jenny Andrews gave the invocation and pledge. Peter Stadleman greeted visiting Rotarians and guests. The question of the day was, “What monumental event happened in your life when you were 19?”

Thanks went to Peter Powell for hosting a fabulous New Member Mixer. Thanks also went to Alan Bohling for sending a boat, even though he couldn’t attend. There was the perfect number of boat seats for all Rotarians wanting to go see the Blue Angels. There were 75 adults and 19 children in attendance. Sergeant At Arms Chris Ballard fined Dick Brown and Nick Paget $5 each for not showing up with their new member, Steve Bender.
