Kim Shrader introduced two students honored for their dedication to academics and community service. The October Students of the Month are:

Michelle Shutler

Michelle Shutler, senior, Eastside Catholic High School
Michelle has a 3.86 GPA, is captain of
the drill team, is a church volunteer, a teacher’s aide, and has worked in other community service projects. Michelle intends to follow a career in medicine. |

Sherry Manning and Kim Shrader
|
Sherry Manning, senior, Sammamish High School
Sherry is the current Student Body president at Sammamish, is a
recent attendee at the annual Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, plays basketball and softball, and is a student leader of Young Life. Sherry plans to attend college,
taking psychology and recreation, intent on a career in coaching, particularly basketball. |
