Jay Powers nails Steve Goldfarb.

Sergeant At Arms Rourke O’Brien was absent this past week. Jay Powers filled in for him and fined three Rotarians. Jay, who comes from a family of engineers, fined Cary Kopczynski
$2 for failing to mention in his presentation on the rotary wheel that the wheel was an “idler gear” prior to addition of the “key” after which it became a “worker gear.” However,
legal precedent and presidential discretion permitted Cary to pass the fine on to Steve Lingenbrink.
Tim Moriarty paid $5 for return of a business card having substantial personal value, and Steve Goldfarb paid $40 for publicity he received in the Eastside Journal.
