Student of the Month Claire Parsons
|
Claire Parsons accepted her plaque noting her achievement as the BBRC’s Student of the Month at Friday’s meeting. Claire, a senior at Sammamish High, was accompanied by her parents Phil and
Cindy Parsons.
While maintaining a 3.36 GPA, Claire worked last summer at Northwest Harvest in Seattle, helped on a homeless project, and was senior class Vice
President this past year. She has been a member of the Honor Society all three years and was her school’s nominee for Wendy’s High School
Heisman. Additionally, Claire has received all-Kinco honors in soccer and softball.
Claire plans to attend Santa Clara University in California where she’ll play softball. She will enroll in an academic program in humanities, majoring in either communications or psychology.
