Friday Potpourri

President Norm greeted the beautiful morning, noting this was a great day for a retreat!

Terry Peterson gave the invocation, a clever discourse on the dollar bill, and led the pledge to the flag.

Dan Geare greeted visiting Rotarians Frank Young, Bellevue, and Dave Miller, Clackamas Club, Portland, OR.

Chip Erickson announced the approval of an Adopt-A-Highway clean-up project. “The sign is up letting all the world know that the BBRC cleans up that portion of I-405. It’s kinda dirty now, so we have a job to do!” The assigned area is between SE 8th and NE 8th on 405. The first clean-up attack will take place this Saturday morning, with 15 members maximum for the project. Sign-ups coming this Friday.
