Sergeant at Arms Mary Bell thanked Wayne McCaulley for pinch hitting as Friday’s invocator. Jim Owens was called forward to acknowledge his role in the Polio Eradication mission to Ethiopia last fall, complete with a big picture in a recent issue of the PI. Then came the Harley boys.

Lingenbrink and Powers jetted in on their Hogs, bursting in on Mary, complaining that she was giving Sergeants at Arms a bad name. “You’ve got to get this fining under control … it won’t do with 50 cents here, 50 cents there. We’re taking you back to Sergeant at Arms School!” The Sergeant was hoisted over the shoulder, plunked down on the back of the Harley, and off to school they went!
