New Member Proposed: Jim Gordon

James P. “Jim” Gordon has been proposed for membership to the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club. Jim has been a frequent visitor over the years, making up as a member of the Redmond Rotary Club. He is a former President of Redmond Rotary.

Jim is a Woodinville resident, who works in Bellevue. He’s employed by Smith Barney, is a First Vice President, and lists his occupation as a “Wealth Strategist.” That is also his proposed classification. Jim is sponsored by Kim Shrader and co-sponsored by Dick Brown.

Jim is married to Marcia, and they have three children, Laurel, Jeffrey and Gretchen.

In addition to his earlier Rotary affiliation, Jim is a member of the Navy League of the U.S., Seattle Council, and serves as a board member. He’s a past president and treasurer of the Stanford Business School Alumni Association, Puget Sound chapter. He belongs to the Association of Professional Investment Consultants and the Investment Management Consultants Association. His hobbies include biking, running, skiing, bridge, jazz, and sailing.
