FELLOWSHIP ROSE #2

The Fellowship Committee has arranged a casual outing at Cameron and Mary Truesdell’s house in Preston on Saturday, August 4, 2001. The event is a BBRC Barbecue and Swim Party! Bring your family, swim suits, and towels. Party starts at 1:00 p.m. and winds up at 6:00 p.m. Lunch will be served about 2:00 p.m..

The Truesdell home is located at 5522 308th Ave. S.E., Preston. Click here for a map, or use these driving directions:

Take I-90 east, past Issaquah, about 6 miles to the Preston exit #22. Turn left over the freeway and turn right at the “T.” You will pass the Preston General Store on your right. Take the next left, which is 308th Ave. S.E. Take the next left, which is still 308th Ave. S.E. (They run out of numbers out there in Preston!) You will wind up a hill for about two miles. On your right, you will see a sign that says, “Mitchell Hill.” (This means you’re getting close!) Continue on and the road will make a sharp left, but you will proceed straight. You are still on 308th Ave. S.E. (See, what’d we tell you!) Continue on about 100 yards and you will see a rock with the number “5522.” (This is the elevation of the rock!) There is also a wooden sign that says “Truesdell.” The driveway is just about one mile long with several switchbacks. In case you need further assistance, call the Truesdells at (425) 222-6763.
