Sergeant At Arms Rourke O’Brien was absent this past week, but Jay Powers filled in for him, fining Brian Heimbigner $5 for spreading a virus through an e-mail attachment to our own
Steve Goldfarb. Brian foolishly tried to pay his fine with a 5-peso note, the residue of a recent trip to Mexico. Acting Sergeant Powers was obviously the wrong person
to try this stunt on, being a man who deals daily with big money (he probably memorizes the serial numbers on all of the bills that go through his hands).
