Outgoing Sergeant at Arms Steve Lingenbrink passed his bag of tricks to incoming Sergeant at Arms Rourke O’Brien.
The bag included a small second place race trophy and a reminder to conduct next year’s activities with decorum and respect.
Prior to his departure, Steve also levied fines to:
- Bellevue City Manager Linda Barton, following presentation of a wrench suspected to be owned by the City of Bellevue and found by Earl Falk.
- Brian Evison, to cover the cost of a clock radio to assure future on-time performance for making presentations at BBRC meetings.
- Tom Helbling, for winning two 10-year fuel supply contracts with Taiwan Power Company.
