Kindering, primary beneficiary of the BBRC’s All In for Autism Run, has served the community for nearly 60 years. With a mission to “embrace children of diverse abilities and their families by providing the finest education and therapies to nurture hope, courage, and the skills to soar,” the goal of every Kindering program and service is to help children of all abilities reach their fullest potential. The past year and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has challenged all of us in ways we could never have imagined, but thanks to incredible staff, generous supporters, organization-wide innovation and an unrelenting commitment to those we serve, Kindering remains a one-of-a-kind resource for children, families, and our community.

This morning, Dr. Lisa Greenwald, Kindering CEO, will provide updates on Kindering’s services in 2020 and beyond, explore autism specific programs and services at Kindering, and share innovations that will outlast the pandemic. Dr. Greenwald is joined by Savannah Slone, Kindering alumni parent and now also a staff member, who will share her family’s story.
