A quick note to let you know I am canceling the Friday March 6th regular club meeting.  I have chosen to take this action based upon the recent updates and recommendations by the state surrounding large meetings / gatherings.  I considered the news updates throughout the day and the decision to take this course of action became clear and necessary.   I am concerned with the health and well being of all of our members.   This virus is hard to detect prior to a person showing signs so the risk of unintentional contamination is not one I am willing to take even with measures previously planned.  I see this as a decision which is “in the interest of all concerned”.

The board meeting will be held next week to discuss, further action.
