In today’s presentation, Anne will explain the humorous story of how the Lord called her to be a religious sister and how she said “yes”! Anne will explain what a Catholic religious sister is, what they do and most importantly how they are called to love—even today!

Time: The Zoom session will open at 7:00am for members to socialize . The meeting will start a 7:30am sharp, so please connect a few minutes before the meeting so we can all be together for the Inspirational Moment and Pledge.

About the Speaker

Anne Sweeney is a young women who answered the call to be a religious sister during her time at college, Franciscan University of Steubenville. She graduated August 2020 with a bachelors in Theology and a minor in Human Life Studies. She comes from the great state of Washington from a family of seven. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking and being with her loved ones! She currently resides in Los Angeles where she is a Candidate for the Carmelite Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Los Angeles, serving in their apostolic work and receiving formation from the sisters.
