Bradley Carpenter - Author / retired Police Officer

Himself Bradley Carpenter, author of Riding One More Wave, recounts his experiences as an Oakland Police Officer. He learned how to come out the other side of this violent world through surfing and offers tips on how to survive the stress of everyday life.

About the Speaker

Brad is a surfer, author and a turtle nerd. He splits his time between Sayulita Mexico and Puyallup Washington. He spent 21 years in Law Enforcement where he received 23 commendations and four medals of Valor. He found the healing aspects of the ocean helped him through the difficult times and he now volunteers with those suffering from PTSD with surf therapy and one on one coaching.
