Scott will discuss how he originally got into brewing in Leavenworth and how it evolved into building a brewery with John Robertson in Bellevue. He will also discuss the origins of craft brewing in the Northwest and how it has grown over the last 30 years. John will discuss his background in commercial real estate in Bellevue and how it dovetailed with Scott’s brewing experiences.
In addition, all attendees will get to sample Bellevue Brewing’s breakfast fare which will include: Quiche Lorraine-Bacon, Mushroom, Provolone; Quiche Florentine-Spinach, Ham, Cheese; Potatoes O’Brian; Ham Steak; Bacon; Fresh Fruit in Season; Coffee, Tea, Fresh Orange Juice and Yogurt, Granola.
