Each year, Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club captures the magic of the holidays in the form of gifts for children in our broader community who might otherwise be missing out on some of that magic themselves. In partnership with community service organizations, we gather gifts of all types for children of every age for distribution just in time for Christmas.
Rotary and the service we do is full of small moments to stop, think, serve, and celebrate. We live to help others, and put smiles on faces. This is one of those projects where we don't ever see the smiles of the recipients, but we sure do see the smiles in each other as we gather the gifts, in our family members as we come together as families to choose the gifts, and in our young community members we imagine in our mind's eye as having a little brighter holiday as a result.
