Participants will learn to articulate their experiences and Rotary’s impact, covering storytelling fundamentals like structure and emotional appeal. Through exercises and feedback, attendees will refine their narratives and gain confidence in sharing them to inspire others to join Rotary. The goal is to empower Rotarians as effective ambassadors for their clubs and Rotary’s mission.
About the Speaker
Rich Martin: Rich Martin is the Owner and Creative Director of RB Content Lab, a creative content agency based in Seattle with a background in creative direction and a passion for storytelling. Under his leadership, RB Content Lab has become known for its innovative approach to video production and strategic content creation, helping clients effectively engage their audiences.
Tom Leonidas: Tom Leonidas is a seasoned business leader and former CEO of a multi-discipline company. With a proven track record in marketing and networking, Tom has successfully built local and national business lines by crafting marketing stories that resonate with audiences unfamiliar with the brand. His strategic approach and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders have been instrumental in driving business growth and establishing strong market presence. Currently, Tom serves as the current District 5030 Learning Facilitator, where he continues to leverage his expertise to foster learning and development within the Rotary community.
