New Member Application Approved
The BBRC Board of Directors approved the application for membership of Richard “Rich” Hammond at the January Board meeting. Rich is a Regional Marketing Director for The Boeing Company, with his office in Seattle. He and his wife. Regina, have two children, Joel and Zachary, and they live in Kirkland.
Before taking his new position with Boeing in 2001, Rich worked for Delta Airlines for 15 years. He was a founder and organizer of the Portland Rose Scramble golf charity for Delta and also Delta’s United Way Chairperson. In addition, he volunteered at Blanche House for the homeless. Rich is a member of Beta Alpha Phi accounting fraternity for honor students and is a candidate for the CPA exam in May.
Rich enjoys golf, snow and water skiing, running, and other aerobic activities. His classification is proposed to be “Airline Analyst.” He is sponsor by Brian Evison, co-sponsored by Cary Kopczynski.
