Our Family Festival Adoption Party upports our community’s effort in helping adoptive parents and children to find each other – Rotary in Action. It was wonderful to see twenty-plus Rotarians come out in support of the children, who were engaged in activities and games, while potential adopters were present to interact with them. We had 43 kids signed up for the event and although not all 43 showed up we still had a good attendance.
Congratulations to Tanya and Laurie for coming together on a day that was tinged with regret as Michel Carter was not able to be with us. His spirit was felt by all.
