The Preserve Planet Earth committee is pleased to announce its first work party of the season.
The Huskies are away at Oregon State, the weather will be glorious (per Dick Brown) and a little physical labor is good for everyone.
BBRC has had a long time relationship with the City of Bellevue’s Parks Department and in particular restoration efforts within the Mercer Slough. BBRC has worked on several projects within the Slough and we’re excited to continue the relationship and have the opportunity to help maintain such a vital & critical nature area within our community.
Who: All are welcome! Club members, family and friends. Youth must be supervised.
Mercer Slough Nature Park (east side of the Slough - see attachment)
The Bellevue Parks Department will bring all the tools, equipment and materials. Please dress for the weather and bring work gloves.
