The Event

This Sunday (9/13) is the BBRC’s second annual bike ride and wine tasting event.  The main purpose is fellowship with just enough bike riding to ease any feelings of guilt about all the wine tasting. Family and friends are also welcome!

The bike riding part is a very manageable trip for all.  We will travel from Marymoor Park along the Sammamish River Trail to Woodinville’s Hollywood Wine District.  It is a level ride of approximately 8 miles each way.

Meeting Point

Marymoor Park, parking lot south of the tennis courts (entering the park from West Lake Sammamish Parkway NE onto NE Marymoor Way take your first left turn into the parking lot).

Departure

Plan to arrive at the parking lot at 1:15 and be ready to depart promptly at 1:30.  We will exit the parking lot and go north on the Sammamish River Trail to NE 145th Street in Woodinville.  Exiting the Sammamish River Trail we will head west about one-quarter mile on NE 145th St. and turn right (north) onto route 202 (Woodinville Redmond Road NE) our first destination (Novelty Hill/Januik Winery) will be just north of the Columbia winery.
