Woodward (Mike) is the author of a series of spy tech thrillers from Penguin Random House. The first\, “The Handler” was released in June ’22. The second\, “Dead Drop”\, was recently released in May ’23.  \nPrior to his writing career\, Mike was an executive with Amazon. There\, he founded\, staffed\, and built a global wholesale Prime / Prime Video content delivery and membership acquisition platform. Starting from scratch with nothing more than a business plan and a single telecom deal\, over the next 4 years the platform grew to encompass 100+ telecom/media partners operating in 40 countries\, acquiring tens of millions of customers. Deals spanned negotiations for distribution/licensing for video\, consumer gaming\, music\, and or shopping. He built and led the team of 100+ BD and marketing professionals spread across 5 international regions. \nMike is also a veteran of US intelligence operations. As a naval intelligence officer with the US Pacific Command\, he scripted scenario moves and countermoves for US war game exercises in the Middle East.
