About the Speaker
Mark is a graduate of the University of Washington (BA 1966: JD 1971). He practiced law in Seattle for 37 years before becoming involved in international development work, living in Afghanistan for 4.5 years and Kosovo for 3 years. When not overseas, he lives in Bellevue and has been a member of the BBRC for over 25 years.
